Auf unserem Bauernhof können Sie aktive Landwirtschaft mit Ackerbau und Schweinen in der vierten Generation kennenlernen.
Die Insel Fehmarn ist dank ihrer ertragreichen Böden die Kornkammer Schleswig-Holsteins. Die Landwirtschaft hat nach wie vor eine große Bedeutung auf der Insel. Das geerntete Getreide (Weizen und Gerste) von unseren Feldern dient in erster Linie als Futter für unsere Schweine.
Aus unserem angebauten Raps wird Speiseöl (Rapsöl) gewonnen.
Unsere eigene Biogasanlage versorgt uns mit Wärme und unsere Solaranlage versorgt uns mit Strom. Auf diese Weise tragen wir zum Umweltschutz bei.
